Front Desk Officer

We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and friendly Front Desk Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth operations, and maintaining a welcoming environment at all times.As a Front Desk Officer, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling inquiries, directing visitors, and providing administrative support across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
Manage and respond to email inquiries promptly.
Maintain an organized front desk and reception area.
Schedule and manage appointments and meetings for staff as needed.
Assist with office administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
Handle mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
Provide general information to visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Ensure the security of the office by monitoring visitor access and maintaining visitor logs.
Assist in coordinating office events or meetings.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
