Key Responsibilities:
- Process medical billing claims accurately and efficiently.
- Handle accounts receivable tasks, including payment posting and follow-up on outstanding balances.
- Communicate effectively with insurance companies, patients, and healthcare providers to resolve billing issues.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and coding standards.
