Software Engineer (MERN)

We are looking for a motivated and skilled MERN Stack Developer with 1 to 2 years of experience in building scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in TypeScript and modern frontend technologies, including Next.js, Redux Toolkit, and Tailwind CSS. Experience with Stripe payment integration is essential. Familiarity with Linux environments and basic NGINX configuration will be considered a valuable asset. This role involves contributing to both frontend and backend development, focusing on writing clean, maintainable code and delivering seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Utilize Next.js for server-side rendering and enhanced routing performance.
- Implement state management solutions using Redux Toolkit (RTK).
- Design and build responsive user interfaces with Tailwind CSS.
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable TypeScript code.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Implement and manage Stripe payment workflows including checkout, subscriptions, and payouts.
- Collaborate effectively with designers and backend developers to deliver high-quality products.
- Deploy and maintain applications on Linux servers.
- Configure and troubleshoot NGINX as a reverse proxy or load balancer (considered a plus).

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience as a MERN Stack Developer.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with React.js, Redux Toolkit, and Next.js.
- Experience working with Tailwind CSS or similar utility-first CSS frameworks.
- Solid understanding of Node.js and Express.js backend development.
- Proficiency with MongoDB, including schema design and query optimization.
- Practical knowledge of Stripe integration, including checkout processes, webhooks, and subscription management.
- Familiarity with Git and version control best practices.
- Comfortable working in Linux environments and using the terminal for server operations.
- Basic understanding of NGINX configuration is advantageous.
