Software - Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Specialist to join our team and drive excellence in project delivery. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and maintaining a strong project management framework, including the creation of standardized document templates, defining clear project phases, and overseeing reporting and planning processes. This role demands effective communication and diligent tracking of project status and key performance metrics to support strategic decision-making and ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and sustain a comprehensive project management methodology tailored to the organization’s specific needs. Apply extensive knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, alongside proficiency in Agile project management tools including Jira and Confluence. Lead activities related to requirement gathering, solution scoping, and preparation of both technical and business proposals. Ensure all projects adhere to applicable regulatory standards and internal company policies. Support Product Owners in implementing empirical product planning within complex and dynamic environments. Provide leadership, training, and coaching to teams and stakeholders to foster Scrum adoption and Agile best practices. Advise the organization on planning and executing Scrum frameworks effectively. Facilitate understanding and application of empirical approaches to managing complex work scenarios among employees and stakeholders. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in project management methodologies and technologies. Manage project onboarding processes based on project scope and Statement of Work (SOW) documentation. Coordinate the engagement of resources and subject matter experts from various departments during project initiation. Define, monitor, and report measurable project outcomes to maintain transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
Proven expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe. Strong experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence. Demonstrated ability in gathering requirements, scoping solutions, and drafting technical and business proposals. Solid understanding of regulatory compliance and adherence to corporate policies within project environments. Experience coaching and training teams on Scrum and Agile practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and engage diverse stakeholders effectively. Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience working in complex, fast-paced environments that require empirical product planning. A proven track record of successfully leading Scrum implementations within organizations. This is a full-time, in-person position offering a competitive salary range of Rs80,000 to Rs150,000 per month.
