Software Quality Assurance Engineer

We are looking for a motivated Software Quality Assurance (SQA) professional to join our team on a full-time, in-person basis. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience who are eager to develop their skills in software testing. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training and work closely with senior team members in a collaborative and dynamic environment, contributing to the delivery of high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in a structured training program aimed at building a solid foundation in software testing fundamentals, including both manual and automated testing techniques. Execute test cases under the guidance of senior or mentor SQA team members to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability. Assist in identifying, documenting, and reporting software defects while collaborating with the SQA team to maintain accurate defect tracking. Develop and maintain detailed test documentation such as test plans, test cases, and test results, ensuring clarity and completeness. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to thoroughly understand project requirements and quality objectives. Gain knowledge of the organization’s quality assurance processes and best practices to actively contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and industry best practices. Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration within teams. Experience level ranging from fresh graduates to candidates with up to two years of relevant work experience.
