UST is looking for a Senior Solutions Architect with 15 to 25 years of experience to provide expert technical and business leadership for large-scale CRM and ERP implementations across Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Pune. The role focuses on designing, analyzing, and developing enterprise-level technical architectures and solutions that ensure scalability, optimization, and compliance with architectural standards. The successful candidate will lead technical strategies, manage both pre-sales and post-sales activities, and build strong client relationships while promoting innovation and adoption of new technologies within the ERP/CRM space.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of solution architectures for large enterprise applications, including creating proof of concepts, custom demos, and conducting technical feasibility analyses. Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with architecture principles, design standards, and regulatory requirements. Conduct architecture and design reviews, supervise software architects, and guide technical teams in adopting best practices and emerging technology paradigms. Collaborate with stakeholders across multi-vendor environments to ensure seamless delivery and integration of solutions. Drive innovation by incubating new ideas with customers, product partners, and academic institutions, and advocate for advanced architectural approaches. Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, RFPs, estimations, and sales pursuits, including leading workshops and client presentations. Manage talent by mentoring architects, identifying training needs, and supporting career growth and performance management. Oversee alliance management by working closely with product and service partners to maintain strategic relationships. Analyze customer requirements, define solution roadmaps, and recommend architectural improvements to maximize business value and return on investment. Ensure the technical quality of deliverables, proactively manage technical risks, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior customer leaders. Lead knowledge management initiatives, capability development, and the creation of reusable assets, white papers, and technical documentation.

Required Qualifications

15 to 25 years of experience in CRM/ERP solution architecture, with a minimum of 10 years in enterprise applications and at least 4 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). Demonstrated expertise in defining solution architectures across Dynamics 365 CE modules such as Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service, and Customer Insights. Strong ability to translate business requirements into detailed technical and functional designs, emphasizing the use of standard features and selective customizations. Proven experience in conducting fit-gap analyses, design workshops, and delivering proof-of-concepts involving both business and technical stakeholders. Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CE platform architecture, including entity models, workflows, security frameworks, and user experience design. Hands-on experience with integrations using Azure services and middleware, along with proficiency in Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Portals, Virtual Agents, AI-driven tools, and Azure services for integration, authentication (AD/ADFS/OAuth), and application lifecycle management. Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, design patterns, project governance, and resource planning. Excellent people management skills, including mentoring architects and supporting team development. Ability to lead pre-sales technical consultations, contribute to intellectual property development, and integrate UST accelerators with Dynamics solutions.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Experience working in Agile environments and staying current with emerging technology trends relevant to CRM and ERP domains. Proven track record in architecture governance, asset development, and promoting reuse of tools and accelerators across multiple accounts.
