We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect / Presales Engineer with extensive experience in ERP systems and Java-based technology stacks. The ideal candidate will combine a strong technical foundation with excellent communication skills, enabling them to translate complex technical concepts into effective business solutions. This role requires close collaboration with the sales team to ensure that proposed solutions align with customer requirements and expectations, supporting the entire sales cycle from initial engagement through to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Expertise: Provide comprehensive technical support throughout the sales process, including conducting live product demonstrations, delivering technical presentations, developing proof-of-concept (POC) solutions, and leading architecture walk-throughs.

Solution Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions tailored to customer needs, with a particular focus on ERP environments and Java-based platforms.

ERP Knowledge: Apply hands-on experience with ERP systems to develop integration strategies, manage data flows, and create customized modules that align with client business operations.

Proposal Development: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare detailed technical proposals, including solution architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and implementation roadmaps.

Customer Engagement: Work directly with prospective clients to gather requirements, understand their challenges, and provide insightful, technically sound solutions.

RFP/RFI Response: Prepare clear, thorough, and compelling responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), effectively showcasing technical capabilities.

Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation such as architectural blueprints, system requirements, integration strategies, and user guides.

Technology Evangelism: Stay current with emerging trends and technologies within ERP and Java ecosystems to offer innovative and competitive solutions.

Sales Enablement: Support the sales team by shaping technical strategies and addressing complex customer queries to facilitate successful deal closure.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in presales, solution architecture, or technical consulting roles. Proven hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Odoo, alongside Java-based applications, is essential.

Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of enterprise software architecture, Java frameworks including Spring Boot and Hibernate, and ERP modules.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and persuasively explain complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Analytical Thinking: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Demonstrated capability to build trusted advisor relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.

Team Collaboration: A collaborative team player who works effectively across sales, engineering, and product teams.
