PKR. 45,000 - 50,000/Month
- Experience: Fresh to 6 Months
- Campaign: E-book & Rsp
- Shift Timings: 1 pm to 10 pm - Afternoon & 9 pm to 6 am - Night (Fixed timings)

Qualifications:
- Matric / Olevels and above
- Fresh to 6 Months of customer sales experience.
- Good Communication skills, Fluency in English.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and assistance.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve our products and services.
