Social Media Ad Expert – Facebook & Instagram

Responsibilities:

We are expanding our team and seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Social Media, Meta Ads and Pinterest Ad Specialist to create and execute effective advertising campaigns for our company. As a Meta Advertising Manager, you will create and manage Meta ad campaigns across multiple platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and others.

Developing target audiences

· Refining campaign strategies for optimal reach and engagement

Analyzing campaign data
Making recommendations for improvement
Develop and implement effective SEO strategies specifically tailored for Facebook and Instagram
Optimize content and posts to increase organic reach and engagement on social media platforms
Stay up-to-date with algorithm changes and trends to maintain the best SEO practices
Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to focus on growth opportunities
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media campaigns
Work with content creators and designers to create compelling and shareable content
Analyze data and provide insights to improve the effectiveness of marketing strategies
Ensure that your campaigns are as effective as possible; you must stay up-to-date on the latest Meta-advertising trends and best practices. You must also collaborate closely with company team members to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligning with our business objectives.

Who You Are:

3+ years of experience in social media advertising, specifically with Meta Ads Manager
Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful campaigns
Strong understanding of target audience research and segmentation
In-depth knowledge of ad targeting, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
Energetic, self-motivated, and driven to achieve and exceed lead generation targets
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Passion for digital marketing and staying up-to-date on the latest trends
