Sr. Front End React Js. Developer

CodeLabs Private Limited is looking for a highly skilled Senior Front-End React.js Developer to join our innovative front-end development team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement user interface components using React.js along with related workflows such as Redux, Flux, and Webpack. You will be instrumental in improving front-end performance through profiling and optimization while maintaining comprehensive documentation of the codebase. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in JavaScript and React concepts, excellent coding abilities, and a solid understanding of progressive web applications to create modern and efficient user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the development team to discuss and refine user interface ideas and application designs.
- Review application requirements and interface designs to ensure feasibility and alignment with project objectives.
- Identify and implement web-based user interactions that enhance the overall user experience.
- Develop and implement highly responsive user interface components using React.js best practices.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable application interface code in JavaScript following React.js workflows.
- Troubleshoot and debug interface software to resolve issues and improve functionality.
- Develop and maintain scalable front-end architecture that supports evolving user interface concepts.
- Monitor front-end performance and apply optimizations to improve application speed and responsiveness.
- Document all application changes and updates to maintain clear and comprehensive records of the front-end codebase.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5+ years of professional experience working as a React.js Developer.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and other front-end technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of React tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.
- Experience with user interface design principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with performance testing frameworks such as Mocha and Jest.
- Proficient in browser-based debugging and performance testing tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management capabilities to effectively handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with React Native development is a plus.
- This is a full-time position with an expected start date of August 1, 2025.
- Candidates with a minimum of 4 years of React development experience will be preferred.
