Sr. PHP Developer

We are looking for a mid-level PHP Developer to join our team full-time at our office in F11-Markaz, Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and enhancing our websites, landing pages, and web applications. This role demands hands-on PHP development skills along with proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You will engage in a variety of projects, including creating new landing pages, improving existing web platforms, and ensuring websites perform optimally.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain responsive websites and high-converting landing pages using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Customize and enhance WordPress, Laravel, or other PHP-based platforms to meet project requirements. Troubleshoot site issues and apply timely fixes to ensure functionality and speed. Collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to implement conversion-focused pages and campaigns. Build and optimize contact forms, lead capture pages, and other customer interaction elements. Manage website CMS content updates and integrate plugins or modules as needed. Ensure all web assets adhere to SEO best practices, mobile responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility. Perform regular updates, security patches, and backups to maintain website integrity. Maintain clear and organized documentation for web projects and systems.

Required Qualifications
2 to 4 years of professional experience in PHP development. Strong skills in front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery. Familiarity with WordPress theme and plugin customization and/or Laravel frameworks. Proficiency in MySQL and experience working with web hosting environments such as cPanel and FTP. Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility. Experience with page builders like Elementor or WPBakery is a plus. Basic knowledge of SEO and website performance optimization techniques. Experience using Git for version control. Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with website analytics and tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager and GA4. Familiarity with landing page tools like Unbounce or Instapage and A/B testing methodologies. Exposure to email marketing integrations using platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot. Experience working in agile environments and using project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Jira. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience. Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs70,000 to Rs100,000.
