Marketing Associate

We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Marketing Associate to help promote Stabimatic’s products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in digital marketing, a basic understanding of traditional marketing techniques, and a passion for driving growth and engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an undergraduate degree in marketing and a desire to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote Stabimatic’s products (solar inverters, UPS, stabilizers).
Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and create engaging content to increase brand visibility.
Collaborate on the creation of promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and online ads.
Conduct market research to identify new marketing opportunities and customer preferences.
Assist in creating and sending email marketing campaigns to customers and prospects.
Monitor and report on the performance of digital campaigns and suggest improvements.
Help optimize the company’s website and improve its search engine rankings (SEO).
Assist in organizing events or trade shows to promote the company’s products.
Support the sales team with marketing materials and strategies to boost customer engagement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Fresh graduates or individuals with minimal experience are welcome to apply).
Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools (social media, SEO, content creation).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
