We seek a highly organized multitasker to provide integrated HR assistant. You’ll manage HR operations (recruitment, payroll, compliance) while handling scheduling, communications, and logistics for senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment: Job postings (Rozee.pk, LinkedIn), screening, interviews, onboarding.
Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, personal files) compliant with Punjab Labor Laws & EOBI/SESSI.
Process payroll, allowances, and benefits using HR software (e.g., eHRMS, Zoho People).
Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.
Handle basic employee queries and conflict resolution under supervision.
Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
Experience:
2–3 years in HR administration.
Knowledge of Pakistani labor laws (especially Punjab regulations).
Skills:
Fluent English & Urdu (written/spoken).
Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS tools, and virtual meeting platforms.
Superb organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
High confidentiality and interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHRI).
Experience with payroll software.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ₨ 60,000 – ₨ 90,000/month (based on experience)
