Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement learning strategies that align with the organization's mission and values.
  • Manage training programs, including workshops, seminars, and e-learning initiatives.
  • Assess training effectiveness and refine programs to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Foster a culture of growth, diversity, and inclusion through organizational development initiatives.
  • Design leadership programs and coach teams and managers for enhanced performance.
  • Ensure compliance of learning and development activities with organizational policies and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • A Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning and Development, preferably in the non-profit or healthcare sector.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and training design skills.
  • Proficiency in e-learning platforms and training software.
