We are looking for a reliable Assistant Manager / Sr. Executive HR Operations to join our team, manage payroll tasks, and assist in HR & operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance.
  • Process payroll, expenses, and other employee claims efficiently.
  • Oversee employee management across various projects.
  • Administer benefits data and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Manage employee exits, and settlements, and provide the necessary documentation.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: (2+ years) in HR operations and payroll management.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of payroll systems, HR & operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
