Job Duties & Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Customer Relation Officer/ Call Centre Agents for a UK-based House Moving Company. Excellent verbal communication skills, the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential clients
- Identify and evaluate customers' needs to deliver satisfaction.
- Maintain verbal and written correspondence with stakeholders.
- Build a sustainable relationship of trust through open and interactive discussion.
- Manage customer queries and provide proper solutions within the time limit.
