Job Duties & Responsibilities:
We are looking for Customer Relation Officer/ Call Centre Agents for a UK-based House Moving Company.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential clients
- Customer Services Representative builds connections on behalf of the company.
- Identify and evaluate customers' need to deliver satisfaction.
- Maintain verbal and written correspondence with stakeholders.
- Build a sustainable relationship of trust through open and interactive discussion.
- Manage customer query and provide proper solutions within time limit.
