As a Senior Backend Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our backend systems and services. Your expertise in PHP, Laravel, WordPress, and RESTful APIs will be crucial in driving the architecture, design, and implementation of high-performance backend solutions. You will also collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and designers to build seamless and scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and optimize backend systems and services using PHP and related frameworks like Laravel.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs to support front-end functionalities.
Work on developing, customizing, and maintaining WordPress-based websites and applications.
Design and implement CRM systems, ensuring they meet business requirements and improve user experience.
Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code following best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
Troubleshoot, debug and optimize the performance of existing systems.
Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring high code quality standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Backend Developer, with a strong focus on PHP and related frameworks such as Laravel.
Hands-on experience with WordPress development, including custom plugins and themes.
Expertise in building and maintaining RESTful APIs.
Experience with CRM systems, integration, and customization.
Strong understanding of database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) and performance optimization.
Ability to write scalable and efficient code with a focus on performance.
Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and development workflows.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
