We are a seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking raw footage and transforming it into engaging and compelling short-form video content. Photo editing would be an asset and will be preferred.

Responsibilities:

Review raw footage and select the best clips for editing.
Edit video clips with attention to pacing, storytelling, and visual impact.
Add necessary graphics, text overlays, animations, and sound effects to enhance the overall viewing experience.
Collaborate closely with the content creation team to ensure the final product aligns with the brand's vision and message.
Ensure that all content meets quality standards and adheres to platform-specific guidelines.
Work on tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media video content.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a video editor, with a portfolio showcasing your work in short-form content, ideally for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts - Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

Strong storytelling and narrative-building skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across videos.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapting to feedback and adjusting your work accordingly.
Solid understanding of social media platform requirements and best practices.
Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
