Store In-Charge / Cashier

PakWheels is looking for a courteous and responsible Store In-Charge / Cashier to manage front desk operations and billing at our Car Oil Change Service Center in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, and a customer-focused attitude to ensure a smooth and professional experience for every visitor. This role involves handling billing processes, managing payments, coordinating with the service team, and maintaining a welcoming environment for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers professionally and provide clear information about available services and current promotions.
- Generate accurate bills and invoices using POS or billing software.
- Process multiple payment methods including cash, card, and digital transactions; issue receipts and manage the cash register efficiently.
- Maintain daily cash records and perform cash reconciliation in collaboration with the Branch Manager.
- Handle incoming calls, schedule service appointments, and respond promptly to general customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with the service team to keep customers informed and ensure timely servicing of vehicles.
- Promote ongoing offers, service packages, and related car care products to increase sales.
- Keep the reception and customer waiting area clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Address customer complaints professionally and escalate issues to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as maintaining service logs and customer records.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business (B.Com) is preferred.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in cashiering, front desk, or customer service roles, preferably within the automotive or retail sectors.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, billing software, and POS systems.
- Trustworthy, well-presented, and possessing a customer-friendly demeanor.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
