Student Service Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Call Center Executive to join our student counselling team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students through outbound calls, providing detailed information about educational programs, and guiding them through the admissions process. This role is ideal for someone passionate about education and committed to helping students make informed decisions and achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and respond promptly to inbound inquiries.
- Provide accurate information regarding courses, admission criteria, scholarships, and career prospects.
- Counsel students to assist them in choosing suitable educational paths.
- Follow up with students via calls, emails, or messages to encourage enrollment and maintain engagement.
- Maintain and update student records and inquiries in CRM systems.
- Consistently meet daily and weekly targets for calls and conversions.
- Handle student objections with professionalism and empathy to build trust.
- Collaborate closely with the admissions team to support lead conversions and manage document submissions.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum intermediate education; a bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred. A background in education is an advantage.
- Previous experience in call center operations or student counselling is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Urdu.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
- Confident and pleasant telephone manner to engage effectively with students.
