- Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing goals of the company. Plan monthly content calendars and coordinate with internal teams for approvals.
- Content Creation & Design: Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content including posts, stories, and videos across platforms such as Facebook, instagram and Pinterest . Design visually appealing creatives for social media posts using tools like Canva, adobe photoshop and other tools.
- Website Management: Coordinate with relevant teams to regularly update and maintain the company websites, ensuring content is current, relevant, and engaging.Optimize website content for SEO and user experience.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyse performance metrics (engagement rates, impressions, reach) to measure campaign effectiveness. Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with new social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
