Sales Target Achievement: Work to meet or exceed sales targets by actively promoting products, upselling, and identifying potential customer needs to enhance sales opportunities.
Order Processing: Handle and process orders efficiently, ensuring that all customer orders are accurately entered and tracked from purchase through to delivery.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services, staying updated on new arrivals, bestsellers, and promotions to effectively communicate product value to customers.
Market and Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and pricing to understand market positioning and identify opportunities to increase sales.
Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure that popular products are adequately stocked and available for purchase.
Data Analysis: Use analytics tools to track and monitor sales metrics, conversion rates, and customer feedback, and report findings to identify areas for improvement.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain and update the CRM system with customer information and interactions to build a loyal customer base and streamline future communication.
Return and Refund Management: Handle customer returns, exchanges, and refunds in a professional manner, following company policy and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Reporting and Feedback: Provide regular feedback on customer needs, website performance, and product appeal, offering actionable insights to help the company improve its online sales strategy.
