We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager / Brand Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of social media management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create impactful content. This role requires creativity, organization, and the ability to lead and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Calendar Creation: Plan and develop detailed content calendars that align with the brand's strategy and objectives.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless and professional communication.
- Team Coordination: Oversee and manage the team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Social Media Management: Handle all aspects of social media, including advanced scheduling and posting across platforms.
- Captions & Hashtags: Write engaging captions and identify effective hashtags to boost visibility and engagement.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to stay ahead of trends and inform content and strategy decisions.
- Content Creation: Design and produce engaging visuals, reels, and other media that resonate with the target audience.
- Social Media Reports: Generate detailed and insightful reports on social media performance, highlighting key metrics and recommendations for improvement.
