- Work on achieving the production plan, by taking all actions that do not affect the achievement of the plan by considering priorities in the process of production.
- Producing safe/quality products complying with procedures and instructions of the company to achieve the safety and security of food in all production process stages from the receipt of production materials until the delivery of the product to packaging.
- Guide and continuously training of workers to raise their productivity and provide all tools that help them to perform their work and remove obstacles that prevent them
- Work on providing a safe and suitable environment for work to prevent any accidents or injuries during work
