Assistant Logistics Officer

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Logistics Officer to support the logistics and export operations team. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating container bookings, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth and timely filing of Goods Declarations (GD) for rice shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule container bookings with shipping lines and freight forwarders.
Maintain close follow-up with logistics partners to ensure timely movement of shipments.
Prepare and file GDs (Goods Declarations) on WeBOC or other relevant platforms.
Ensure all shipping and export documentation is accurately prepared and submitted in line with customs and port requirements.
Assist in tracking shipments and updating internal teams and clients on status.
Maintain organized records of shipping documents, invoices, BLs, and EPRCs.
Liaise with clearing agents and port authorities when necessary.
Support senior logistics personnel in handling any shipping issues or delays.
Contribute to internal process improvement and compliance with trade regulations.
