We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill a role as Assistant Accountant. This position requires to manage the smooth operation of our office and basic accounting knowledge to support our financial team. Excellent spoken English is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
  • Coordinate office events and meetings.
  • Maintain office records and files.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and record keeping.
  • Process invoices and payments.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (essential).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and accurate.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary:

50k – 70k PKR

Office Timing:

  • 1:00 pm – 10:00 pm (In Summers)
  • 2:00 pm – 11:00 pm (In Winters)
