We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager HR / Admin

Job Responsibilities include:

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Administer HR policies and procedures, providing guidance and support to employees as needed.
  • Assist in performance management activities, including performance evaluations, goal setting, and employee development plans.
  • Support employee relations by addressing employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs, ensuring employees have access to relevant learning opportunities.
  • Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and implement necessary changes as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (relevant experience may be considered).
  • Proven experience in HR and administration roles, preferably in a supervisory or assistant manager capacity.
