We are on the hunt for a talented UI/UX Graphic Designer to join our team in a remote, full-time, and permanent capacity. Your role will be pivotal in collaborating with our marketing and product development teams to craft and innovate a wide range of design materials. Specifically, your expertise will guide the user interface and experience design for our cutting-edge digital transformation platform. Creativity will be your hallmark, with a robust design portfolio that demonstrates your prowess across various media, including but not limited to websites, brochures, flyers, logos, advertisements, packaging, displays, email campaigns, videos, and social media content.

Responsibilities:

The core duties and responsibilities of the UI/UX Graphic Designer will encompass, but not be limited to:

Designing and updating a diverse array of marketing materials, such as websites, brochures, flyers, logos, product packaging, and advertisements.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Figma is a must.
Managing and prioritizing multiple projects within given design parameters and timelines.
Collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams to design custom-branded promotional materials.
Creating graphics and layouts for exhibition displays and product launches.
Ensuring the integrity and precision of final artwork files, including their construction, organization, and readiness for production.
Preparing and finalizing pre-press artwork files for external vendors.
Overseeing the quality and accuracy of print proofs and initial production runs.
Maintaining an organized library of product images.

Qualifications:

Advanced skills in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Exceptional creative flair and organizational abilities, with a proven track record of meeting tight deadlines while efficiently managing time.
The capability to juggle multiple tasks effectively, balancing speed with quality.
Outstanding communication skills and a knack for teamwork.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work.
A proactive approach to learning and adaptation in response to job or organizational changes.

Additional Skills:

Demonstrated proficiency in organizational and interpersonal communication.
Experience with image manipulation and graphic creation within various software applications.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design is required.
