Sales Strategy & Business Development:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase property bookings, real estate sales, or services offered by hospitality businesses (hotels, resorts, etc.).
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Negotiate deals and contracts with potential clients, investors, and partners.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, real estate investors, and corporate accounts.
  • Understand client needs to offer tailored solutions and packages in the hospitality or real estate sector.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
  • Analyze market data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to develop promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and sales forecasts.
  • Coordinate with property management teams to ensure client expectations are met, especially in hospitality settings.

Sales Reporting & Forecasting:

  • Track sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Meet sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), with a focus on revenue generation and profit growth.

Real Estate Knowledge (Real Estate Sales):

  • Stay informed about the latest real estate developments, market values, and investment opportunities.
  • Work with developers, investors, and other stakeholders in the real estate market to sell properties and secure investment.
