We are looking for motivated and energetic individuals to join our Sales Representative. As a Sales Representative, you will engage with customers, build strong relationships, and promote our innovative e-book solutions. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, recommending tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets while contributing to the growth of our dynamic e-book industry.
Responsibilities:
- Connect with customers to introduce and sell products/services.
- Identify upsell opportunities and provide personalized recommendations.
- Meet and exceed sales goals and performance benchmarks.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Work collaboratively with the team to develop sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Ability to work night shifts (08:00 PM to 05:00 AM).
- Female candidates are preferred, as per job criteria.
