Sales Representative

We are currently seeking 3 experienced and well-spoken Sales Representative to join our team. Ideal candidates will be able to handle various client interactions without relying on scripts, displaying adaptability and strong communication skills in every scenario.

Job Responsibilities:

Generate Sales: Your primary responsibility is to generate sales for our cleaning services, with a target of at least 1 sale per day.

Client Interactions: Engage with potential clients over the phone, email, or other channels, effectively communicating the benefits of our services and closing sales.

Handle Various Scenarios: Be prepared to respond to all types of inquiries and customer concerns during your interactions, using your experience and problem-solving skills.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 3:00 AM to 12:00 PM (9-hour shift)

Breaks: You will have two 30-minute breaks during your shift.

Arrival: You must arrive 10 minutes early to ensure a smooth start to your shift.

Compensation: • Base Salary: 40,000 PKR, paid on the 3rd of every month.

Bonus: An additional 1,500 PKR per sale (Note: Bonuses will not be paid for the first month as we evaluate your output).
