We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounts, ensuring smooth administrative operations and coordinating with external vendors and agencies, including those related to digital marketing and production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily bookkeeping and financial records.
  • Prepare cash flows, expense reports, and reconciliations.
  • Handle bank transactions, deposits and petty cash.
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable.
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment and general admin tasks.
  • Coordinate with social media/digital marketing agencies for campaign updates and reporting.
  • Liaise with vendors (tailors, printers, packaging suppliers, logistics) for procurement and delivery.
  • Support in organizing photoshoots, events or product launches when required.
  • Maintain organized records of vendor contracts, receipts and office documents.
  • Ensure smooth communication between departments and external parties.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, Excel, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
