Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to potential clients in the USA medical billing market.
  • Network with medical professionals and healthcare organizations to generate leads.
  • Utilize referrals and networking opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Educate potential clients on SysMD's services and value proposition.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Collaborate with the concerned personnel to develop strategies for market penetration and growth.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress to the management team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes that could impact medical billing practices.

Requirements:

  • Strong command of spoken English, particularly with an American accent.
  • Ability to communicate with international clients without relying on a script.
  • roven 2+ years of experience as TL or Assistant Manager in sales through cold-calling, preferably in the Medical Billing industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (mandatory).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to succeed.
  • Familiarity with cold calling and lead generation techniques.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Working Conditions:

  • Work location:Gulberg 3, Lahore.
  • Office hours:06:00 PM to 03:00 AM.
  • Office days:Monday to Friday.
  • Salary:Basic PKR 100,000 to PKR 120,000 (based on skills and experience), plus EITHERa lump sum bonus for each client onboardedOR 2.5% of SysMD's share of that specific client's revenue for 6 months.
