- Assist HoD Office in managing daily operations, maintaining proper documentation, and coordinating with Program Managers (PMs) and section heads.
- Schedule and manage meetings and appointments for HoD Office.
- Provide support in organizing events such as seminars, conferences, lecture sessions, and research symposiums.
- Assist in preparing documentation for HEC-related activities.
- Regularly inspect computer lab equipment and report any technical issues
- Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of Media Editing Lab and iMac Suite.
- Support lab sessions by assisting with system setup, ensuring smooth operation, and maintaining organized data archives.
- Post important notices, updates, and schedules on the Media Editing Labs’ notice board.
- Monitor lab schedules, facilitate rescheduling of extra classes, and ensure uninterrupted lab operations in the absence of Media Lab staff.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by HoD.
