Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound customer service and support calls during UK hours to engage with potential and existing customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
  • Input, verify, and maintain accurate data in company systems, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.
  • Develop strong relationships with B2B customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and enhance the customer journey.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail in data management.
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, and data-related roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in analytical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Active listening and customer empathy skills.
  • Comfortable working night shifts to align with UK hours.
  • Flexibility to work from home when required to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.

 Language Requirement: Fluent English
