- Have good understanding of basic and latest IT systems with the capacity to learn new technologies
- Write and edit technical documents along with development of system / process workflows
- Work with senior members of internal IT team for establishment and development of IT strategies that are aligned with the overall strategic direction of the company
- Identify areas of process improvement and assure quality across all systems
- Prepare periodic briefs and status reports of deliverables on approved templates
