  • Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on TangoPay's products and services to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
  • Proactively identify and report trends in customer inquiries to improve our products and services.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times and customer satisfaction targets.
