- Preparation of salaries & wages
- Preparation of Cheque's monthly EERs in 100% compliance with company policies
- Preparation Of Cheque's of outstanding expenses of ex-employees according to company policies
- Payment of employee's incentives and ensuring payment as per company policy
- PF banks reconciliation
- Complete accounting of PF including Payemnt of PF to Employees Subject to the approval of Management
- Ensuring calculation & payment of EOBI
- Preparation of imprest Cheque's for sales staff
- Liason with external auditors for completion of annual audit
- Upgradation of available HR Payroll software according to MIS of Management requirements
- Calculation & Payment of Food allowances, over time payments
- Ensuring payments for maintenance of pool vehicles timely
