Review construction plans and prepare quantity requirements.
Prepare reports, analyzes, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
Scrutinize maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
Liaise with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors and verify costing reports/bill of materials through detail drawings.
Possess a detailed knowledge of past and current building and construction technology, processes, materials, business and legal matters.

Responsibilities:

Forecast & prepare project costing of the different materials needed for the project such as materials, quantities, labor and time.
Prepare budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
Conduct verification of Bills and track changes to the design & construction work, while adjusting budget projections accordingly.
Must be able to read, review, interpret and modify existing building plans.
Perform risk, value management and cost control during construction.
Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client.
Perform risk, value management and cost control during construction.
Any other task as assigned by the Supervisor.
