PKR. 25,000 - 40,000/Month
Responsibilities
- Call center agents will be responsible for making outbound calls to provide customer services.
- Follow-up on customer calls
Qualification:
- Education: Intermediate and Bachelor
- Freshers and experienced both can apply.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills
- A patient and empathetic attitude
- Basic computer skills
Salary:
- 25k basic in one month of probation
- 25k basic after probation 40k+ (Including Incentives, bonuses, overtime)
- Bonus/subsidy travel allowance.
Shift timings:
- 7:30 am to 5 pm. (summer)
- 8:00 am to 5:30pm(winters)
- There will be rotational offs. (1 off per week)
