As a Tax Manager at TaxationPk, you will lead our team of tax consultants in providing expert tax advisory and compliance services to our valued clients across Pakistan. You will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, developing tax strategies, and ensuring compliance with local tax laws and regulations. With your extensive knowledge and experience in taxation, you will guide our team in delivering high-quality, personalized solutions that help our clients minimize tax liabilities and achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, understanding their unique tax needs and providing tailored solutions to address them. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and trust in our services.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of tax consultants, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.
- Tax Planning and Strategy: Develop comprehensive tax strategies for clients, leveraging your expertise to optimize their tax positions and mitigate risks. Stay updated on changes to tax laws and regulations in Pakistan, and proactively advise clients on potential impacts and opportunities.
- Compliance Management: Oversee the preparation and review of tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. Monitor deadlines and requirements to ensure timely submission of tax filings and payments on behalf of clients.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand our client base and grow our tax consulting business. Participate in business development activities, such as networking events, seminars, and client presentations, to promote our services and generate leads.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CA, ACCA, CPA) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, with demonstrated expertise in Pakistani tax laws and regulations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and collaborate with clients and colleagues.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality tax advisory and compliance services, with a focus on client satisfaction and business growth.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide innovative tax solutions.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
