- Market activities/ Competitors’ feedback to the company on time
- Support AFS
- Coordination with all concerned departments.
- Frequent Visit to Dealers on a Daily basis
- Reporting to RSM and NSM.
- POP Material Implementations
- Timely update to Dealers about the Price and Policies/promotions
- Every fortnight, sends Display Picture to HO.
- Every fortnight sends SO data to HO.
- Sale/Collection/Visit Plan sent to HO at the start of every month.
