We’re looking for a tech-savvy Email Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to join our team, with a primary focus on email campaigns and lead generation. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to build and manage email marketing workflows, segment audiences, and generate quality leads using tools like Apollo.io and Zoho Campaigns. In addition to campaign execution, you’ll provide light technical support to ensure that the marketing tech stack runs smoothly. If you’re experienced in marketing automation, CRM systems, and email performance optimization, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, manage, and monitor email marketing campaigns
Conduct lead generation through tools like Apollo.io and manage lead pipelines within CRMs
Maintain and troubleshoot basic IT issues, especially within cloud environments
Assist with campaign reporting, data cleanup, and email deliverability improvements
Help manage and sync data between email platforms, CRMs, and marketing tools
Coordinate technical documentation for marketing systems and processes
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience in email marketing and lead generation
Proficient in Apollo io, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms
Comfortable with marketing automation, analytics dashboards, and lead tracking tools
Familiar with Zapier or other workflow automation platforms
Solid understanding of Google Workspace and general cloud software
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
