HSK Digitronix is seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead for eBook Sales to lead and grow our sales team. This role is ideal for a confident leader with a strong background in sales, team management, and digital services. You will oversee daily sales operations, coach and inspire team members, set and achieve sales targets, and drive steady revenue growth through effective strategic leadership. The position requires managing a dynamic team working across various shifts, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of eBook sales agents operating on multiple shifts. Monitor both individual and team performance to consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Provide training, coaching, and motivation to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Develop and execute sales strategies and outreach plans aimed at maximizing revenue. Handle escalated client queries promptly to maintain excellent customer service standards. Track and report on key performance indicators such as sales figures and lead conversion rates. Collaborate closely with content, design, and publishing teams to ensure client expectations align with service delivery. Identify and implement process improvements and tools to boost team productivity. Maintain thorough knowledge of all eBook services offered, including ghostwriting, formatting, design, editing, and publishing. Support recruitment and onboarding activities as the sales team expands.
Required Qualifications
Fluency in English with excellent communication and leadership abilities. At least two years of sales experience, including a minimum of one year in a supervisory or team lead role. Demonstrated capability to manage and motivate a team within a performance-driven environment. Experience in selling digital products or services, preferably related to eBooks, publishing, marketing, or SaaS. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage conflicts and objections effectively. Proficiency in using sales tools, CRM systems, and managing remote teams. A target-oriented mindset with skills to motivate the team and track key performance indicators. Willingness to work night shifts as required. Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-growing company setting.
