AI Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic and innovative development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and secure web applications.

Job Responsibilities:

As an AI Full Stack Developer, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet our clients' business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Design and implement scalable and maintainable code structures, ensuring code quality, performance, and security best practices.
Participate in architectural discussions and provide input to improve the overall system architecture.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment within the team.
Stay updated of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and integrate them into the development process.
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and facilitate knowledge transfer within the team.
Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize deployment processes and ensure seamless integration with various environments.
Continuously evaluate and enhance existing software applications to improve functionality, performance, and user experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) as an AI Full Stack Developer, with expertise in both frontend and backend technologies.
Proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript (Node.js, React.js, React Native, Angular, or Vue.js), Python, Java and Lang chain.
Able to do custom chatbot development
Must have experience in Machine Learning, LLM, Prompt Engineering and Fine tuning.
Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL, Pinecone) and data modeling concepts.
Experience with RESTful API design and implementation.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Proven ability to lead development projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
