Technical Content Writer

Eplanet Global is looking for a full-time Content Writer with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in technical content writing, especially in ERP systems, warehousing solutions, and application development. The successful candidate will create original, clear, and SEO-optimized content that translates complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical readers. This role is based onsite in Bahadurabad, Karachi, with working hours from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The position offers a monthly salary of up to Rs100,000.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research and produce high-quality technical content focused on ERP modules, supply chain and warehouse automation, software development, and SaaS platforms.
- Develop diverse content formats including case studies, blog posts, website content, technical documentation, and product manuals.
- Prepare sales decks, pitch materials, and whitepapers for internal teams and external clients.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and digital marketing teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment with business goals.
- Maintain grammatical precision, clear structure, and consistency with the company’s brand voice across all content.
- Apply SEO best practices such as keyword research and on-page optimization to enhance content visibility and search rankings.
- Ensure all content is original, avoiding AI-generated or plagiarized material, and strictly adhere to authenticity standards.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of professional content writing experience, preferably within IT, ERP, or SaaS industries.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or SAP, along with knowledge of warehousing/logistics concepts and software development life cycles.
- Excellent command of written English, including grammar, sentence structure, and tone control.
- Proven expertise in SEO writing, including familiarity with keyword research tools and on-page SEO strategies.
- Proficiency in content editing tools such as Grammarly, Hemingway, MS Word, and Google Docs.
- Experience using Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress or HubSpot.
- Commitment to producing original content without the use of AI content generators or plagiarized material.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet strict deadlines.
