Technical Project Coordinator - WordPress

We are seeking a technically skilled Project Manager to join our team at our onsite location in Tajpura Scheme, Canal Road, Lahore. This role is distinct from typical Scrum or middleman project management positions, as it requires hands-on technical expertise to effectively manage and contribute to project execution. The ideal candidate will be directly involved in the technical aspects of projects, ensuring smooth delivery and alignment with organizational goals. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 50,000 to Rs 70,000.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage technical projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, and stakeholders to align project objectives and technical requirements.
- Provide hands-on technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, actively participating in problem-solving and decision-making processes.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines and budgets.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and solutions.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and transparency.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation related to project plans, technical specifications, and process improvements.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a strong technical background, preferably in software development or IT-related projects.
- Demonstrable hands-on technical skills relevant to the projects being managed, with the ability to actively contribute to technical discussions and problem resolution.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to adapt processes to suit technical project needs.
