We are looking for diligent and detail-oriented female enumerators (Call Center Agents) fluent in spoken Pashto to assist in our data collection efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys, interviews, and data-gathering activities in Pashto-speaking communities, ensuring accurate and reliable data collection.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct surveys and interviews in Pashto-speaking communities following the provided guidelines and questionnaire
Explain the purpose of the data collection to participants in an understandable manner, ensuring their cooperation and understanding.
Collect and record data accurately and efficiently, paying attention to detail and ensuring data integrity throughout the process.
Adhere to the project timeline and targets, ensuring timely completion of data collection activities.
Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor while interacting with participants
Collaborate with the project team to resolve any challenges or issues that arise during data collection.
Participate in training sessions to enhance data collection skills and knowledge of methodologies.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in spoken Pashto is essential, with the ability to communicate effectively in the language.
Previous experience in data collection, surveys, or related fields is preferred. Fresh candidates can also apply
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with participants from diverse backgrounds.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in data collection.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
Basic knowledge of data collection tools and technology is an advantage.
