Social Media Marketing Manager

Technotek Solutions is seeking a smart, confident, and result-oriented female for the role of Social Media Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will handle social media campaigns and online engagement while also performing outbound telemarketing to generate leads and appointments. This role is office-based with occasional visits to clients (if needed).

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Marketing:

Manage and grow the company’s presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Create, post, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, videos, reels).
Run and manage paid ads and boosted posts.
Reply to messages and comments promptly.
Track engagement, reach, and campaign performance with regular reporting.

Salary & Benefits:

Basic Salary: PKR 30,000 – 35,000/month
Commission on every confirmed sale
Phone allowance
Travel allowance for client meetings (if required)

Candidate Requirements:

Strong verbal communication skills.
Hands-on experience with Facebook Business Suite and basic tools like Canva is a plus.
Confident, well-organized, and target-driven.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
